We built a RAG system for StackFuel's product and educational content teams, who were spending too many hours hunting through scattered docs, course outlines, and internal wikis to answer the same questions twice. The system sits on top of their knowledge base and surfaces the right source material the moment someone drafts a module or reviews a feature.
It doesn't write the content — it shows what's already there, in context, with citations. Co-designed with their content leads, it learned the team's own vocabulary and quality bar. The result: content work moves 3× faster, and the cost of producing a new module dropped by 50%.
