We designed a new ad creation workflow for Audible, replacing a linear chain of briefs, drafts, and review rounds with a tighter loop between creative, strategy, and production. The process breaks ads down into reusable components — hooks, voice-over structures, music beds, calls-to-action — so teams can assemble variants without starting from zero each time.

We sat in on real campaign cycles, identified where time was lost in handovers, and restructured the stages so feedback arrives when it still changes outcomes. The result is a faster path from concept to on-air, with enough flexibility to test multiple creative directions without blowing the production budget.
